One of my Favorite series'! even made me cry a few times :P. i tend to focus on more action when looking for new Anime to watch but came across this time and time again with very positive reviews so i gave in. I wasn't completely hooked for the first few eps but before i knew it, realised i had just watched 6 episodes in a row and wanting more... trying to get a hold of "Clannad - after story" | ||

8.75 (very good) | quite a lengthy series at 170 episodes with filler material and somewhat repetative battles/situations in amongst it. Despite this, it's a great series which i can't stop watching. am watching it nightly with my son and he's also enjoying it (trying my best to expose him to decent 'cartoons' early to avoid the rubbish most kids are obsessed with these days :P) | ||

8.50 (very good) | i highly enjoyed this one. The gazillion female characters, majority of which have lesbian tendencies towards the main character is pleasing to the ecchi crowd and myself :P. The Chinese setting and the halberd type weapons are a nice change. (my favorite char in soul calibur is seong mi-na so no wonder i loved the weapons :P) | ||

7.00 (above average) | quite an amusing series. The main protagonist Ayumu's inadvertant absorption of Haruna's powers cracked me up as he gains her powers... along with her pink frilly outfit :P which gets even 'cuter' upon powering up. | ||

The TV series is a tad short compared to others (only 13 eps) and the OVA is superior in my (and many others' i
have queried) opinion... but that aside, i still enjoyed my time watching it (the series) and do not regret my
purchase. add a point and a half for the OVA | ||

9.50 (excellent) | Awesome!! I actually saw the prequels (samurai-x trust & betrayal) before the tv series and was instantly hooked, went out and bought the lot!... Kenshin is one of my all time favorite male lead characters (possibly the only equal to Spike - Cowboy Bebop IMO :P) | ||

8.75 (very good) | Good Series. Nice action sequences are enjoyable to watch. namely the cute Shana with all her fiery asskicking-ness. Season 2 runs at a much slower pace than the first giving way to deeper character development (especially with the supporting cast) and the relationships between them. which may or may not be a bad thing depending on your own preference. (i myself still quite enjoyed it) | ||
